Kurt's Holmes office represents both landlords and tenants in landlord/tenant matters. Our office knows firsthand that landlord/tenant matters can be complicated. With over 35 years of experience in this practice area, Kurt and his staff are seasoned at knowing how to handle these issues. For most landlord/tenant matters Kurt offers flat fees so you know how much it will cost to handle your legal issue upfront.

We represent creditors such as collection agencies, landlords, small/medium sized businesses, and individuals in and around the Wichita area. Kurt and his staff can assist creditors in efficiently collecting debt that they are owed. Through a variety of remedies such as real estate liens, wage and bank garnishments, and skip-tracing, Kurt and his staff are able to get you back what you are owed.

With almost four decades of experience, Kurt Holmes is a seasoned attorney. Kurt, a native Wichitan, attended Pittsburg State University before studying law at Washburn University. Since obtaining admission to the Kansas Bar in 1983, Kurt has become well respected by his peers in two distinct areas of law: landlord/tenant matters and collection law. Kurt is routinely asked to speak to groups around the Sedgwick County area to educate their members about landlord/tenant and collection laws. Throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, Kurt was routinely advised others about his practice areas. Kurt values his relationships with his clients and takes pride in making himself easily accessible to ensure clients have a good customer experience with an efficient solution to their legal issues.
 
When not in the office, Kurt enjoys his time outdoors and with his family.
